Arturo’s place was perfect. It was extremely close to the Vatican which is awesome. And a walking distance to Trastevere which is where we found the best restaurants and a fun night life. Arturo’s place is great! Very walkable to almost anyplace we wanted to visit (but many taxis and/or Uber avail as well). Nice & quiet location which felt incredibly safe. Many really good restaurants and markets within 1 block. It is an easy area to become familiar with quickly. The apartment is very clean & comfortable (I’m super picky too). Arturo is very helpful! We arrived during the services for Pope Francis, and Arturo literally came & got us. He gave us many great recommendations and was readily available if we needed anything. We had a wonderful stay at Arturo's place. The location is terrific, just steps from St. Peter's Basilica and easily walkable to many of Rome's amazing sights. The kitchen is very usable and the bathroom has a great shower. Overall great apartment and no complaints.

Beautiful apartment in an absolute fantastic location with a great host! Nice restaurants right around the corner - they even still served us pizza at 11pm when we arrived very late on a Monday. Public transport also goes right around the corner, and you can easily buy tickets (and drink a little espresso ;) at the little tobacco shop right at the bus stop. You can also easily walk into the center or to Trastevere.Arturo is a fantastic host, who responds very quickly and has lots of tips for your stay in Rome. Our stay in the apartment was quite comfortable. Everything we needed was prepared and in good condition. Arturo is a very hospitable host. He met us, showed us the apartment, and provided the things we additionally requested. Thank you to Arturo for the great stay! Thank you for taking our luggage before checkin. We were a few blocks from the Vatican and great restaurants in the area. We had fresh squeezed orange juice and cappuccino at Feffo cafe on the corner, with some of the best service. We hope to come back and stay again. Very safe area for women to stay.
